Nestled in the heart of downtown Plano, Texas, Pappalecco is an Italian café that feels like a little piece of Europe right in your neighborhood. Behind this Plano location is Chi and his wife Jolly, a New York couple who dreamed of building something for their kids.

Pappalecco is warm, inviting, and the kind of place you want to linger in with friends and family. Their Top Churn V6 gelato machine is a natural centerpiece of the shop, churning out crowd favorites like a classic Vanilla and a deeply rich Dark Chocolate that keeps customers coming back. We also got to try the Italian Panini with prosciutto, paired with a tomato soup — a simple, satisfying lunch that hit every note.

One of the most unique touches at this location? A coffee printing machine that lets them put custom designs right on your latte. We had the Texas Frozentech logo printed on ours, and it was as impressive as it sounds.

We're so proud to be part of the Pappalecco shop. If you're ever in the Plano area, do yourself a favor and stop in.
